Tommy Lee Loses $2 Million Selling Calabasas Mansion After Years On Market

Tommy Lee is saying goodbye to his Calabasas mansion, but not for the price he hoped. After being on the market for years, the hillside home sold for $3.6 million at the end of less month, which is $2 million less than he originally wanted.

It's unclear who bought the property, but they have a ton of space at their disposal. The home comes with 10,000 square feet of living space, including 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

Some of the estate’s luxury features include an outdoor pool, professional recording studio, chef’s kitchen, and city skyline views.

Real estate agent Emily Hartoonian implied to The New York Post that the buyer to do renovations. “The new owner intends to bring the full potential of this property to modern-day highlights with unparalleled bespoke mastery,” she said.

Tommy originally bought the property in 2007 for nearly $6 million, but he’s been trying to offload it for the better half of a decade. He first listed the property in 2016 for close to what he paid for, but has taken it on and off in the years since, as it’s struggled to find a new owner.

Part of the reason the home may have had trouble selling was Tommy’s wife’s insistence that the property is haunted. Brittany Furlan, who married the Motley Crue rocker in 2019, previously released a TikTok describing strange events that allegedly took place in the home.

Tommy’s full-time residence is currently a Japanese-inspired home he purchased in Brentwood, California in 2021 for $4.15 million. The new purchase explains Tommy’s motivation to offload his older home.

The rockstar’s new abode comes with nearly 5,000 square feet of living space, including 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It comes with a variety of luxury outdoor features, including a pool, koi pond, treehouse, and fire pit.

With a reported net worth of $70 million, the drummer has made his fortune largely from his music career. But he made a different sort of career move in September when he announced he was joining OnlyFans.

“Well, what I’ve done is I have now gone over to place where you can be free as f— and you can show anybody whatever the f— you want and they don’t f—ing take it down,” he said on stage during a concert announcing his new project.

Some celebrities make seven figures annually from OnlyFans, so Tommy could be increasing his net worth by a lot if his account proves successful.
