David Aylors Death Beloved Charleston Attorney Passes Away Peacefully At The Age Of 41

Today the Lowcountry bid farewell to beloved Charleston attorney David Aylor. At 41, Aylor passed away peacefully at his home on Monday morning. 

The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has reported that no foul play is suspected and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of death fully.

Many media sources have detailed that Aylor was discovered dead in his downtown residence on Monday.

Despite the tragic loss of this well-known lawyer, investigations are still underway as the community awaits confirmation of the underlying facts leading up to his passing.

Life Overview 

Since starting his legal career in 2007, Aylor has served a variety of positions in the Lowcountry and Grand Strand regions. He was an assistant solicitor for Charleston County as well as a lawyer for the city of Hanahan.

Furthermore, he worked as a law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert Carr, criminal lawyer Andy Savage and the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee which former senator Glenn McConnell at the time led.

Aylor currently maintains his own practice overseeing 22 staff members in North Charleston, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach.

After receiving a political science bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in 2002, Adam Aylor decided to further pursue his education and enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law. 

He dedicated himself to pursuing excellence in his studies during law school, and in 2006 he earned his law degree.
